Our story

Jackie and Cat met at a pivotal moment. Jackie was a senior executive leading and transforming global operations in a medical device company. Cat was partnering with her organization, designing and delivering leadership development. In working together, they recognized that their two different backgrounds, brought together, made them a powerhouse in coaching business teams.

Both were trained coaches, but they brought different strengths. Jackie had built her career in the world of large-scale organizations, known for her ability to translate technical and operational strategy into business results with precision and impact. Cat came from a foundation in psychology, with experience across finance, start-ups, and global enterprises, and had grown into a trusted coach for leaders and teams worldwide.

As they compared notes, they saw how their skills connected like pieces of a puzzle. Jackie brings a proven track record of leading complex change, decades of lived leadership insight, and deep understanding of the business. Cat brings psychological insight, practical wisdom in leadership and team development, and deep global coaching experience in executive presence and emotional intelligence.
